I'm going to coin an entirely new genre here in this snippet of a review: "popgaze". Basically, Jets Overhead combine ambient shoegaze with poppy indie rock, and does a pretty good job doing it, too. Not the greatest band ever, but definitely worth a listen.
That's right, "popgaze" is now an official genre. Learn it, love it.
